Please Note: The sale does not open until 7:00 AM, (8:AM Starting march 2, ) and no one other than dealers will be allowed on the sales floor prior to that time. All Dealers will be set up 6:45 AM. (7:45 Am starting March 2), If it becomes necessary, Dealers who are not set up by the times specified, will not be invited back. This is only fair to the customers waiting to shop.

The undersigned exhibitor agrees to pay the rental of $35.00 per space, or $30.00 per space if a permanent set up dealer, in full upon signing this contract, for the Antiques and Collectibles Sale on the date circled below. Contracts must be returned one week prior to the Market. Permanent Dealers will pay one month in advance to be able to stay set up, or they too must also tear down. Dealers who attend the market by the individual market day, may stay set up for the next market day providing the booth is not rented the next market day and a $5.00 holding fee will be paid.

The Exhibitor agrees to furnish his own tables (unless rented for $5.00 each from the Owego Elks Lodge), and coverings.

Table coverings are required without exception. The Exhibitor also agrees to set up between 6:30 AM and 7:45 AM after March 2, unless participating in permanent booth rental plan allowing the dealer to stay set up for the next market, and tear down no earlier than 3:00 PM. In case of emergency, or trouble on the way in, the exhibitor may call (607) 687-1039, and notify us of late arrival, and the booth will be held. If the Exhibitor has not called or arrived by 7:45 AM, both the booth and the Rental fee will be forfeited.

The Exhibitor agrees to display and offer for sale only collectibles, memorabilia of merit and Antiques. Some items not in these categories, may be sold but must be labeled as new or reproduction. Items such as Stuben glass, Fenton glass, are of high quality and fit in to the show. Dollar store items, and such are not to be sold, and the management reserves the right to ask the Exhibitor to remove them or any other item he or she feels is not in accordance with the rules and provisions of this agreement. Unique items are allowed only with prior approval of the management. (ie plants, bakery items, etc). No items found to be offensive, ie, Adult Pornographic items etc, will be sold , Special Collectible items like Playboy etc, must be displayed in a way that underage children who accompany their parents wont see them.

The Exhibitor agrees not to relinquish his space to anyone without management approval, and to notify the management if unable to participate. Any Dealer not participating must notify the Management at least one week in advance or the full booth rent will be charged. Anyone wishing to reserve his booth and unable to attend must pay a $15.00 Hold Fee for that market day, (one month maximum), or relinquish the space. A permanent dealer if he is going to be gone for more than two weeks must tear down to allow the booth to be rented. Hold Fees Must be paid at least one week in advance. Management will select someone from the waiting list for temporary replacement.

The Exhibitor releases from liability the show manager and the Owego Elks Lodge #1039 in case of damage or loss of merchandise.

*** First option for a booth reservation will be given to the permanent dealers, and second to the visiting dealers at the sale, and the booths must be paid for and this contract turned in for the booth to be reserved by the end of the sale. The rest of the booths will be filled , first from the waiting list , and then on a first call basis.

Please Note to be considered a Permanent Dealer, you must pay in advance, $120.00 for four week months, or $150.00 for five week months. A dealer can pay by using four to five checks , and that way only one check will be used after each show.

All Dealers, will tear down and clean out all inventory and tables on the market day before the Strawberry Festival, (unless they are participating), and the market day before the annual Children’s Christmas Party.

*** Please make checks payable to : THE OWEGO ELKS LODGE #1039. There will be a $30.00 charge for a returned check in addition to the bank charges.
