How to get here from Route 17 (I 86):

Exit Owego Exit 64 (Route 96)  Take an immediate right (at first light just after crossing bridge). Go two blocks until the next light, turn left and park in the bank lot.  Elks Lodge is across the street and the Emporium is just behind it.

From Exit 65 (Treadway, Hickories Park,

McDonalds, Holiday Inn Express) Get on 17C West (Fifth Ave.) going into Owego.  You will go through a residential area and through 2 lights, stay left, go about 4-5 blocks further.  At the beginning of the downtown district, there is a light (Church & Front Sts.), turn right into the Elks Lodge just before this light or turn at the light and  go into the bank parking lot..

From North of Owego on Routes 96 or 38:

Continue South on 96 and 38 until you reach the light at the Susquehanna River Bridge by the courthouse, take a left turn onto Front Street at light. Go two blocks until the light at Church Street, turn left at this light and park in the bank lot.
